Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be received in writing (email is acceptable). If cancellation is within 60 days of arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking. Refunds are subject to bank fees, credit card fee adjustments and a 10% admin fee. Note: There will be no refund for no-shows and for days not used due to late arrival or early departure, weather, illness, or for any circumstances that are beyond the control of the Resort.
